Terms & Conditions

1. General

• Submitting the enquiry form does not confirm a booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment and written confirmation from Karale Patil Aviation.
• All services are subject to aircraft availability, weather, permissions, and regulatory approvals.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may change based on aircraft availability, route permissions, ATC slots, fuel surcharge changes, or government fees.
• A booking will be processed only after full or advance payment as specified.
• Payment once made is subject to the cancellation/reschedule policy below.

3. Passenger Requirements

• All passengers must carry valid government-issued ID.
• Passenger weight must be accurate; incorrect weight may lead to denied boarding for safety reasons.
• Baggage allowance is limited per helicopter/aircraft type. Excess baggage may not be allowed.
• Dangerous goods, weapons, explosives, and restricted items are not permitted.

4. Flight Operations

• Flight timing, route, and duration may change due to weather, ATC instructions, DGCA guidelines, or technical requirements.
• The Pilot-in-Command has full authority over route selection, safety decisions, and final operational calls.
• Joyride routes shown in brochures or videos are indicative only.

5. Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Customer:
• 48+ hours before flight: 30% cancellation fee
• 24–48 hours before flight: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee
• Rescheduling: Allowed once, subject to availability. Charges may apply based on aircraft/slot changes.
• Cancellation due to weather/regulatory reasons: Full refund or reschedule option will be provided. No compensation for delays or cancellations beyond control.

6. Liability

• Karale Patil Aviation is not responsible for delays due to weather, ATC, technical issues, or factors beyond control.
• Loss of personal belongings is the passenger’s responsibility.
• Damage caused by passengers to aircraft property will be chargeable.

7. Photography & Media

• Photography around aircraft is allowed only in safe zones and as permitted by the crew.
• Drone usage near aviation property is strictly prohibited.
• Joyride photo/video shoots are subject to pilot approval for safety.

8. Data & Privacy

• By submitting the form, you consent to receive communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Your information will be used only for booking and service purposes.

9. Safety Compliance

• Passengers must follow instructions from the crew and ground staff.
• Intoxicated passengers will not be allowed to board.
• Misbehavior or unsafe acts may result in denied boarding with no refund.
